SMS Copilot Privacy Policy

SMS Copilot is a single-user prototype AI assistant operated by Chris Templeman for direct testing and non-commercial use.

Data Collection

When you text the SMS Copilot number, we receive your phone number and message content. Messages are processed by an AI assistant to generate a response.

Data Usage

Your messages are used solely to generate AI responses. We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to third parties, except as required to deliver the service (Twilio for SMS delivery, GitHub Copilot for AI processing).

Data Retention

Messages are not permanently stored. Server logs are retained for debugging purposes only and periodically cleared.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
